Advocacy Informed by Inside Knowledge of Insurance Defense
Lincoln Tran heads the firm's Litigation Section, handling a broad range of legal matters including personal injury, wrongful death, and civil litigation.
Mr. Tran now brings his experience with insurance defense to advocate for individuals who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others. He understands how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims — and uses that knowledge to build stronger cases for his clients.
Mr. Tran completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a B.S. in Law & Society and Communication Studies. He then earned his J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Tran served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Peter J. Busch of the San Francisco Superior Court.
Mr. Tran has a diverse legal background and has previously worked for several well-respected law firms in the Bay Area, where he gained experience on both sides of civil disputes.
