Steve Huynh is a Co-Founder of Great Oaks Lawyers. His vision in establishing the firm was straightforward: provide clients with trusted, competent legal counsel delivered in a way that is clear, accessible, and genuinely helpful.
Steve's background spans a broad range of civil matters, which informs the depth he brings to his current practice in estate planning and litigation.
His litigation experience includes representing individuals and small businesses across a range of civil disputes. That background now supports his estate planning clients when disputes arise — Steve understands both the planning side and what happens when plans are challenged.
Steve earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, with a concentration in Civil Litigation.
Outside the office, Steve is active in the Vietnamese American community in San Jose. He serves as Chair of the Scholarship Selection Committee for the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California and is a Core Member of the Vietnamese American Roundtable. He is fluent in Vietnamese.
